Powermatic Releases Tailstock Swing Away

Powermatic, the woodworking machinery industry leader, has released the PM-SA Tailstock Swing Away for the popular 3520B and PM2020 lathes.  This long awaited accessory solves the issue of removing and reinstalling the cumbersome cast iron tailstock from your lathe.  Simply slide the tailstock back onto the Swing Away, loosen the tightening knob, and swing the tailstock down and away.  The spring assist reduces the felt weight making operation much easier.  We are very excited about this product and have installed one on every Powermatic lathe in the Dale L. Nish School of Woodturning.
